WHAT IF I CAN'T RETURN EQUIPMENT BY 4PM?

Dropping off equipment after hours or on Sundays is absolutely FORBIDDEN, to prioritize the safety of both our staff and our equipment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING IN ORDER TO RENT?

We will need to see a valid driver’s license and will keep credit card information on file (it is stored securely through PCI DSS encrypted software). The driver’s license must match the name on the credit card.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If a deposit is required, it must be put on a credit card, no cash.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A "DAY" RENTAL?

We offer four scenarios for a "Day" rental:
 

 

 


If you need a piece of equipment for longer, we offer 24-hour rates for an additional fee (20% extra).


· 7 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Saturday.
· 12:00 Noon – 7 AM the following morning (excluding Sundays).
· 4 PM – 12:00 Noon the following day (excluding Sundays).
· Saturday 4 PM – Monday 7 AM.

WHAT HOURS ARE CONSIDERED A HALF DAY RENTAL?

A half-day rental is 4 hours. We prefer you to rent within these windows: 7 AM – 12:00 noon or 12:00 noon – 4 PM.
We also offer a half-day overnight rental (3 hours for hourly lawn & garden equipment) if the item is picked up just before 4 PM and returned by 7 AM the following morning (excluding Saturday evenings).

CAN I RENT FOR A SUNDAY?

Yes, we do rent for a Sunday. The pick-up time is Saturday just before 4 PM and the return time is Monday by 7:30 AM for a 1 "Day" charge. We do not offer hourly or half-day rates on Sundays.

WHAT TYPE OF HITCH IS REQUIRED ON TOWABLE EQUIPMENT?

All of our towable equipment is adaptable to either a 2-5/16″ ball or a pintle hook. You must have a lighting hook up from your vehicle to the towable equipment before it leaves our premises. We have adapters for most vehicles. *Towable items MUST be kept within a 30-mile radius of our store.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT?

Customers are responsible and liable for any damage done to equipment.
