Use a disposable aluminum tray to place the tray while not using and/or while heating up. Once on the wall, do not remove the pan, keep working along the section to keep the built-up heat under the pan (i.e. once steam has been built up, slide the pan over to the next spot without lifting it from the wall.). This will save you a lot of time and you will avoid having to wait until the next section heats up.
